thank you to melissa, Rob and Bartie for treating us like royalty. the location was spectacular the independant living was easy.we were sad to leave. the only problem was that we shoud have booked 2 weeks instead of 1.

The service I have received from Travstar has been excellent & I would definately use & reccomend Travstar to my friends & family. The Apartments we stayed in were above what I expected & the service exceptional. I will re-book for next year as we had a wonderful holiday, thankyou.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .Staff were very helpful and friendly.Although an appartment building, the way it is set up still enables you to have plenty of privacy. We loved how the large sliding doors to the balcony allowed the outside in.There was plenty of room to move around and everything was very clean,comfortable and modern.The beautiful beach is literally across the road and the appartment is within easy walking distance to tour pickup bus stop {if they don,t pick up from the front].There is also a small general store within walking distance and some pleasant places to dine.

We had such a wonderful time at Trinity beach. The apartment was great so good that we could have lived there....Melissa was very friendly and helpful and we would definately go back again.

I cannot express enough the great accommodation that you booked for us, it was without saying the best accommodation we have ever had on any of our holidays.
Everything about ON THE BEACH was just fantastic.
We left something behind in our apartment, and they sent it to us -

We had a sick child while in Cairns, and found the 24 hour clinic exceptionally obliging, The doctor was wonderful - he rang us at 11pm at night to see if the child was still in pain. What more could visitors ask for - just a wonderful time.

The staff at On the Beach Apartments were extremely helpful and gave great advice. I was also very impressed with the rates for accommodation and the apartments themselves. We look forward to returning there next year. I was also very impressed with the staff at Travstar as they gave great advice and made our holiday that much more enjoyable .
